Elizabeth Gilbert has a wonderful way of coming into my life exactly when I need her. Eat, Pray, Love found me crying on my bathroom floor trying to deal with the shock and post traumatic stress of a break up.
Her next book, Committed: A Skeptic Makes Peace with Marriage, ironically left me with a peace and acceptance that I was not yet married.
Then I came across this video on youtube when I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and was struggling with tasks as simple as opening my toothpaste to walking up and down stairs. I can relate to her message as a creative person, a writer, a choreographer and as a professional dancer whose career was cut short.
I absolutely love the message in this video.
